MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AT THE GLENMORE NATURE CENTRE, ON MONDAY 14 th October 2019 AT 7PM 1.     WELCOME AND APOLOGIES Present Geoff Campbell Chair (GCC) Pat MacPhail Treasurer (PM) Gill Calver (GC) Apologies Jessie Colquhoun (JC) It was noted that Cllr Ian Ramon (IR) was in hospital. Also present were 12 members of the public. It was agreed that GC would take the minutes of the meeting. GCC welcomed everyone present to the meeting. Elections for the Community Council have been postponed to 29 th October due to lack of candidates.   This is a general problem across the Highland Council and does not affect WACC.   2.     MINUTES OF LAST MEETING The minutes of the meeting held 9th September 2019 were adopted as a true account of the meeting except that Thursday is changed to Monday in the heading.
